TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• The management reserved the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a tour due to unforeseen
  operational condition.
• The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or dealt resulting from activities which are beyond the management control.
• Reservation is subject to availability of rooms and confirmation will be on first come first serve basis.
• The management reserves the right to revise the above facilities and rates without any prior notice.

• Weekday and weekend rates NOT APPLICABLE during school holiday and public holiday.
• For single occupancy, please add 50% to the Twin Sharing price.
• Children aged between 1-3 years old are charged RM 80 for a boat fare.
• There will be handling charges for Alcoholic or Carbonated drinking which is RM 15.00 per carton.

• Kuala Terengganu Bus Station - Merang Jetty - Bus Station is RM 20.00 per person.
• Airport - Merang Jetty - Airport is RM 20.00 per person.
• KL - Merang Jetty - KL is RM 100.00 per person (30-seater VIP coach).
• KL - Merang Jetty - KL is RM 80.00 per person (40-seater excursion coach).
