Good for family outing but do not expect cozy bed and cold room with dinosaur air con. However, you got the sea view as compensation. Parking is charged at RM5 per day. |

We(my wife and two children) have been around Malaysia and Singapore for 8 days into different hotels/apartments. Having finished the trip all viewed Sri Sayang stay as the best. It was spacious, clean and conveniently located considering the price. I could not expect better than this with that price. |

Location is wonderful. Room booked needs refurbishment. However, good value so would stay there again. |

no matresses on bed bases.
torn, nylon linen.
had belongings taken from our rooms.
stove leaked gas and was unusable.
staff unfriendly and unhelpful.
air conditioning was not effective.
cleanliness was below standard.
laundry service lost items.
pool closes at 7pm.
not enough seating around pool.
we paid for a 3 week stay.
we left after 1 week.
we have requested a refund for the 2 weeks we did not use.
i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

View was excellent (seaside & hills) but staying condition was below average - dustbin is too small and kitchen is dirty (broken cupboard and cracked floors). We thought that the plates, fork & spoon, cookery items like pot will be provided but it not. and the sundry shop below are selling those items at a high rock price!
We like the daily cleaning services and they done a great job with details cleanings.
It will be good if you provide some free shuttle bus service to town, public bus journey is too long. |

Cash deposit demanded on arrival and list of charges that might be imposed for losses.
I wouldn't have minded "swiping" my credit card MYR30 would have purchased 3 towels of the quality supplied !!

I liked the location and the view. The staff were friendly and generally helpful. They were able to overcome security concerns by leaving things at the desk.
The place could do with more effort on its upkeep. A little more effort on door locks, a remote control for the TV, better maintained kitchen, a better shower head would make this much more attractive hotel. It was reasonably clean, the bed was well made daily etc.
It was reasonable for the price, but I think they could get better prices with relatively little investment. |

I like the apartment, this is a v nice room, and living area as well. Strongly recommend for family.
