During my stay I stay at 1 bed room apartment at first floor, room is ok but the toilet unable to flush, the staff service is good and friendly, located near to shopping complex and tourist attraction but it much better if having own transport. . no table lamp and there is mosquito at night time maybe because of the bushes at the back of the hotel yard. Other than that everything is fine and I will returned to stay here if I visit to Melaka. |

Tinggal 2 hari.Sesuai bg yg berkereta.Bilik ok cuma langsir nipis waktu pg agak panas.Dekat town.Parking byk tp bayar sendiri.Pastikan dpt tingkat 1...tak larat panjat.View bilik blkg cantik...selat melaka + eye on malaysia.Staff ok especially a boy called Paksu.Akan menginap lg kalau tersesat ke Melaka. |

We arrived at the" Guest House" which is actually rooms above the Shops.The place is not in a good area, no transport and a taxi was 3 blocks away.One bedroom the window was into a lightwell, there were electricial wires coming from the wall -not connected. The other room had a window , you could see out.?? The rooms were dirty, the refrigerator was full of black mould, everything about the place was grotty. We stayed one night and were told next day we had to be out by 12 noon, it was 11.15am.We had been booked in for three nights but told them we would only stay two after seeing the rooms , 32 steps up with 4 keys to get into the place, scarry. We packed our bags and left and had to walk 3 blocks to get a taxi as the area is isolated. The photo's of the place look ok - the place and area look nothing like them. We were pleased to get away from the place ,you would have to be desperate to stay there. |

Beware of staying here, it is in a isolated area, not good.

We stayed 0ne night having to walk up 32 steps, the place was dirty and the area deserted
,there was no means of getting a taxi , public transport was blocks away. I suggest you inspect the place and see if you would like to stay there, I think not. The way it appears on the Web is untrue -it is below standard and overpriced. |

Pertama sekali saya mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih kerana sudi menginap di Hotel Kami , oleh kerana masalah-masalah yang tuan kemukakan adalah menjadi cabaran yang harus kami tempoh buat masa ini.
Tuan, pihak kami memohon maaf diatas gangguan teknikal pada hari tersebut oleh kerana ketiadaan bekalan air atas sebab pihak bekalan Air Melaka sedang giat membersihkan tangki untuk kemudahan semua.
Pihak kami dimaklumkan bahawa air akan dicatu pada hari tersebut selama 24jam.Langkah tersebut telah kami pastikan dimasa-masa akan datang tidak lakan berulang lagi.
2. Kami juga menyediakan parking kupon kepada semua pelanggan yang menginap di Mahkota Guest House sahaja dan jika didapati terdapat surat saman hendaklah diberitahu terlebih dahulu sebelum anda pulang.
Justeru itu kami akan sedia memberi percuma parking kupon dan sedia membayarkan surat saman tersebut dalam masa-masa terdekat sebagai menghargai pelanggan kami adalah menjadi tanggungjawab kami sepenuhnya.

Bagi golongan sederhana tempat ini amat sesuai...
Cuma 2 perkara saya nak syorka kpd tuan punya hotel...
1. Pastikan air paip tidak meragam (seperti saya) terutama waktu pagi
2. Tolong la bayarkan parking kereta kami... selalunya hotel2 lain bayarkan
Kesimpulannya.. kalau 2 perkara ini dapat diselesaikan, saya pasti hotel ini akan menjadi tumpuan setiap masa terutamanya bagi bumiputera. |

Waktu pertama kali saya ke Melaka,untuk ke seminar di ayer keroh MITC ,saya dapati sebuah banner terpampang di setiap penjuru masuk ke Melaka dan saya lihat ini budget hotel yang saya cari, terus saya cari dengan mudah saya jumpa dan terus cekinn.wah sungguh tak disangka memang sungguh menarik tepi laut tuu,suasana yang nyaman dengan udara laut. Ini lah budget hotel yang saya cari selama ini dgn stff yang sangat ceria dan servis dgn baik terhadap pelanggannya.Apa lagi tunggu.. |

As my first time in melacca, of course i'll look for a place that near to town n easy access, so this place is one of it. very near to town n hot spot location, just walking distance, easy to get town bus. Very affordable who want to stay more than 3 days, because my last trip to melacca for my work, so i stay there for 1 week. All the staff also very help full, so no need to worry if you need something they will help you! =) |
