I was charged a higher rate as I went during peak season but I found the place to be rather rundown - toilets didn't look very clean either. That said, the location's rather nice and there's a nice little bridge to an island nearby |

we pay for RM400* for a family room.
we were unhappy because the staff are unfriendly, not smiling (especially front desk), i manage to get one of the front desk staff name, Elizabeth, she is not smiling at all! the lobby floor are always wet (no cleaners assign to mop that area). from our point of view as customer, this hotel need to do something especially on cleanliness and customer service.
i most certainly will not come back to this hotel. |
