Room badly needed renovation, bathroom tile repair was badly done, leaking taps and a surprise insect wrapped up in the bed lined. |

The location is very good to me as there are lots of good food just beside the hotel. Shopping just downstairs. we can shop as much as we can and no hastle looking for transport. The hotel room is big. |

The location is excellent!! There is a lot of wholesale places and the things are cheap. A lot of food stalls. |

I booked 3 rooms but when we arrived at 4pm only 2 rooms available, 1 room not ready then wait after 1 hour.
The rooms is smell and not fresh. 1 room the aircon remote is broken. 1 room the cold water supplier in the bathroom also broken.
I don't think will come back again.

Un-appetizing breakfast.
Dirty bedsheets.
Dusty & small room (though I booked Superior room)
Unfriendly staff (have to beg for daily newspapers, as they had forgotten to give it to me).
BUT the location is good, in the heart of Chinatown.

Hotel Malaya is located in the heart of chinatown, which is great for the night shopping and food. The rooms are big and spacious, and clean. The one thing that we found disappointing about our stay at Hotel Malaya was the breakfast the next morning - the selection was limited, and it didn't serve any local cuisine, which is a same considering the variety of food that is offered in Malaysia. |

I am convinced of the hotel facilities but i need to point out that 1 of your bell boy is not corporative at all. I would say the frontline service is crucial for any hotel. |

This hotel is a good location. It's closely shopping such as Chinatown and Central Market and also Pasani station . you can walk to the hotel from Subway Pasani station about 5 min. I think it's a good hotel. |

I reqursted for connectin room but the reception guy told me that no more connectin room,
or nearer room...

the staff was not very friendly, and the room is so so,....
and even some people fight in the lobby as we stay....
the breakfast was not delicious compared with the stores outside....
but the location is quite good, if you are only one or two night stay, it's quite good ...
but for long stay, that's not a good odea
and there was no internet service in the room , do not believe what they say in the internet.... |

Hotel Malaya is really a nice hotel to stay in. It is located in the heart of chinatown. It was so convenient. By just stepping out of the hotel, I can shop and eat till I drop at the surrounding stalls and shops. Beside, it is near to Lrt station. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you would like to visit KL. |
