No phone in the room, inconvenient to contact the resort staff should anything happen. Reception of TV is poor.

It's a nice place to visit for family holiday. The bathroom should have pail or water hose. Heather in master bedroom was not functioning well. Should upgrade the children playground.

The place is poorly managed. It is actually a time-shared apartment, the management manages less than 100 units in the entire project.

We booked two 2-bedroom units. When we first arrived on the 4th floor where our units were, the place was in complete darkness except at the lift area. The common lights were blown and no body had bothered to replace the florescence tubes.

They also have serious fire-safety issue. One of our units blacked-out without any power-tripped. The hot water system in one of the toilets of the other unit produced sparks that we decided that it was too dangerous to use.

All the toilets have no sink stoppers, the shower is leaking. The shower curtains were full of black moulds that any of your dirtiest floor mats is probably cleaner. The toilet windows are unfrosted so your neighbouring unit will have a good view of what you are doing in the toilet/shower!

This is a resort that do not believe in room service. We had to exchange towels, and get toilet rolls and soaps from the front-desk daily. Rubbish were left at the lift lobby for over 24 hours before they were cleared. They do not install telephone in the units; so that you have to go to the front-desk personally for your complaints! I am sure you can imagine how many trips we had made to the front-desk.

The breakfast is even more atrocious. The Nasi Lemak had turned bad and produced an obvious horrible smell, but the Cafe staff took no notice of it. The bread was hard; possibly left for a few days. The porridge was cold and horribly salty as it was cooked with nothing but Maggi Ayam Cubes!

Lastly, the internet booking service only entertains bookings. After my booking was confirmed, they stopped responding to my enquiries, including queries about directions. We had travelled to Bentong side of the ascend road to find that the road was closed, and travelled another 3 hours to KKB alternative road. Any decent hotel would have forewarned their customers before the trip!

Don't be fooled by the pictures on this page: http://www.fraserssilverpark.com/facilities.html
They'd no facilities except one miserable smoke-filled room with a few game machines, pool and football tables.

This is also the first resort I'd visited which collect full payment upon checked in. They probably knew that you would do a cancellation after seeing the rooms!

My family (Me, My Wife and 2 kids) just stayed at this resort for 3D2N. We had choose the studio unit whereby consist 1 bed, kitchen, hall and balcony. Overall accomodation is very good for the family like me. Although it's raining all the day but my kids really enjoy staying in the room, they can still running, playing and doing their's job like colouring and so many more including having a bath in the tab. Value for money......

My family enjoyed our week-end stay at a privately owned Silverpark 2-room apartment in Fraser's Hill which I visited many years ago when I was still a bachelor.
