Fruit and vegetables farms are located throughout the highlands. Most farms allow visitors in and you can also buy them fresh on-site. Drive up to Tringkap or Brinchang to get a roadside view of the larger vegetable farms. Most of these farms are owned by families and vegetables such as cabbages, capsicums, cauliflowers, peas, and tomatoes are picked daily and sent downhill to be distributed to the whole country as well as exported to neighbouring countries.
