The Thean Hou Temple (chinese: 天后宫), a six-tiered Chinese temple, located on a 1.67 acres (6,760 m²) of land atop Robson Heights along Lorong Bellamy, overlooking Jalan Syed Putra (Federal Highway), is completed in 1987 and officially opened in 1989.

The Thean Hou Temple with its magnificent architecture featuring imposing pillars, spectacular roofs, ornate carvings and intricate embellishments, is a popular tourist attraction.

Built by the Hainanese community, this Chinese temple is dedicated to Goddess Tian Hou (The Heavenly Mother). The main deity Thean Hou is located inside the temple together with the other two majestic statues of deities. There are 3 altars with a sculpture of one deity or goddess in each altar. The Guan Yin (the Goddess of Mercy) is on the right, Tian Hou in the centre, whereas Shui Wei Sheng Niang (the Goddess of Waterfront) is on the left.

There is a multi-arched gateway with red pillars at the front entrance of the temple. The red colour symbolises prosperity and good fortune. The temple is a 4 floors building with the 1st level occupied by souvenirs stalls and canteens, 2nd level as multi-purpose hall, 3rd level as offices while 4th houses the 3-tiers prayer hall.

The ornate architecture and scenic surroundings lend a serene atmosphere to the temple.
