A surcharge of RM 50.00 (1 Bedroom Apartment & 3 Bedroom Aparment) and RM 80.00 (2 Bedroom Apartment) is applicable for Satuday bookings.

Extra Mattress or Extra Person is chargeable at RM20.00 nett per mattress per night without breakfast.

No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent with the existing beddings.

Parking is chargeable at RM5.00 nett per car per day.

There are also direct international flights into Penang by the following Airlines, Cathay Pacifics, China Airlines, China Southern, Garuda Indonesia, KLM Royal Dutch, Luthansa Airlines, Singapore Airlines and Thai Airways.

By Rail

Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad ( KTM Berhad) or Malayan Railway provides comfortable and economical rail services from Kuala Lumpur to Butterworth. KTM Berhad operates one rail service daily known as Express Langkawi from Kuala Lumpur Sentral station to Butterworth. From Butterworth you may take the ferry to Georgetown, Penang Island. The ferry terminal is within walking distance from Butterworth Railway Station.

Self-Driven By Road

Those traveling by road to Penang Island has the choices of using the Penang Bridge or the Ferry service via Butterworth.

By Ferry

Ferries to Penang operates 18 Hours around the clock. From 5.00 am to 12.00 midnight. Ferry operates at 15 minutes frequency. The ferry terminal to Penang Island is within walking distance from Butterworth Railway Station and Butterworth Bus Terminal.
