Terms & Conditions

Above rates are quoted nett in Ringgit Malaysia, inclusive Simple Breakfast (Coffee, tea and toast) and aircon in room/dorm.
Note : All rooms do not have attached bathroom but with common/shared bathroom.
Check in time is 2 pm and check out time is 12 noon.
Late check out 1pm to 3 pm, 50% off per night rate is applicable (subject to room availability).
Late check out after 3 pm, full day rate applies (subject to room availability).
Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and prior arrangement is required.
Cancellation of booking less than 48 hours prior to check in or no show, a 1 night cancellation/no show fee will apply.
Cancellation charge are however subject to change during high season.

Surcharge

A RM 10 surcharge on ROOM is applicable for stays on Friday and Saturday nights. No weekend surcharge for dorm beds.
For Malaysian public holidays, the following surcharge is applicable for the dates below :
Room surcharge - RM 20 per room
Dorm surcharge - RM 10 per bed
