Rates quoted are per room/night and inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax

Peak season charge is applicable during peak holiday season.

Room rates are subjected to change or amendment with or without prior notice. An extra guest is charge at an additional RM15.00 per day.

* Booking Confirmation

We will notify your room availability or confirm your reservation request by email within 24 hours as soon as the emil address you filled in is verified valid.

* Cancellation & Arrival amendment

You may submit your notification of cancellation or arrival amendment via email or phone the cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

* No Show

For no-show and late cancellation a 1st night room charge is applicable.

The hotel has the right to cancel the booking after three (3) hours no show of guest from the informed arrivel time.

* Advance Bank In payment

For cash advice payments to guarantee booking without credit card please deposit the amounts into our hotel bank account. upon making the said deposit please fax (Fax. No. 603-20315013) the Bank- in slip to us 2 working days before your arrival.
